As a recording manager, you’ll organize the entire filming process for films and TV shows. Your tasks will include creating detailed plans for individual shoots and ensuring that adherence to schedules. You’ll also be responsible for compliance with labor laws.
Additionally, your role as a recording manager involves obtaining all necessary filming permits in advance, selecting filming locations, and arranging for their temporary closure. You’ll book accommodations for actors and crew members, and make sure that the required infrastructure and all planned props are available at each filming location.
