First, you’ll analyze their eating patterns, then provide guidance on balanced nutrition and create tailored meal and diet plans.

The role of a nutritionist includes specializations in certain dietary approaches and target groups, such as gluten-free or vegan diets, or nutrition for pregnant women. You may also work in the field of prevention and education by giving lectures, leading workshops, or running cooking classes.
