Beyond that, the role of a dietologist includes collaborating with medical staff to help select diets suited to patients' clinical conditions. You’ll also recommend preventive measures for diseases such as diabetes or obesity and promote overall health through balanced nutrition, ultimately improving patients’ quality of life.
