Fields of activity | Building Technician

As a building technician, you’ll plan, install, and maintain technical systems in residential buildings, office complexes, and public facilities. Your responsibilities will include heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, sanitary installations, water and power supply, as well as lighting and alarm systems. Your goal is to ensure these systems are modern, efficient, and sustainable.

Your tasks as a building technician also involve inspecting technical systems and responding to faults or malfunctions. You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal requirements, such as fire protection regulations, and for creating maintenance plans and logs to document your findings.
