As a communication manager, you’ll be responsible for your company's communication channels, including social media networks, print, and the website. You’ll design and coordinate internal communications within the company as well as external communications with customers and partner companies.

Your key focus as a communications manager includes developing customized communication strategies to strengthen the company's image. For example, you’ll write press releases, maintain media contacts, and prepare management to make public appearances. Additionally, you’ll manage crisis communications and prepare strategies to proactively respond to potential negative events.
