Fields of activity | Veterinarian
As a veterinarian, you’ll care for animals brought to you for check-ups, treatment of illnesses, or recovery from injuries. Your tasks will include performing routine examinations, taking blood and urine samples, and diagnosing conditions based on laboratory results. You’ll also treat wounds, fractures, and both chronic and acute illnesses.
Beyond that, your work as a veterinarian will involve vaccinating animals, performing surgeries, and assisting with births. Additionally, you’ll conduct castrations and, when necessary, perform euthanasia if curative treatment options have been exhausted.
