Mechatronics is a field of study that deals with complex systems that combine mechanical, electrical, and electronic components. Students acquire knowledge from areas such as mechanical engineering, electronics, and computer science and can specialize in areas such as automation technology or artificial intelligence. Graduates go on to work in fields such as medical technology, robotics, microtechnology, the automotive industry, and environmental engineering.
